Dr. Sarika’s Treatment Philosophy
Dr. Sarika’s approach is built on the belief that most chronic foot conditions are preventable and treatable with correct diagnosis and targeted care. Rather than addressing only the presenting symptom, she works to identify the underlying biomechanical or gait-related cause — because treating the symptom alone tends to lead to recurrence. Patient education is central to her practice: every patient leaves understanding both their diagnosis and the reasoning behind their treatment plan.
Her Approach To Care At Foot Impact
Dr. Sarika’s consultations begin with a thorough diagnostic assessment aimed at uncovering the true source of a patient’s pain — often biomechanical or gait-related — rather than treating surface symptoms. From there, she designs individualized, conservative-first treatment plans, and works closely with the Foot Impact team on custom orthotics, rehabilitation, and preventive education to reduce recurrence and improve long-term mobility.
